Step 1: Activate the Yeast
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast.
- Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.

- Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.
Step 6: Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush rolls with egg wash (optional).
- Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 7: Finish
- Brush warm rolls with butter for extra softness.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
