Ingredients (Makes 12 rolls)
- 3½ cups (440 g) all-purpose flour
- 2¼ teaspoons (7 g) instant yeast
- ¼ cup (50 g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup (180 ml) warm milk (not hot)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, very soft

- 1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk (egg wash)
