MILK BRIOCHE ROLLS

These milk brioche rolls are rich, buttery, and incredibly soft thanks to warm milk and eggs. Perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, or dinner rolls.

Ingredients (Makes 12 rolls)

  • 3½ cups (440 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2¼ teaspoons (7 g) instant yeast
  • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) warm milk (not hot)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, very soft

For Brushing (optional):

  • 1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk (egg wash)
