💧 Step 1: Mix the sugar

  • Place sugar in a bowl.
  • Add water little by little while mixing.
  • Texture should feel like damp sand (not wet or runny).

  • Mix in vanilla, spices, or zest if you want flavored sugar cubes.
  • Add a tiny drop of food coloring for a fun look.

🧊 Step 3: Shape the cubes

  • Press the sugar mixture firmly into:
    • Silicone molds
    • Ice cube trays
    • Or shape by hand into small chunks

⏳ Step 4: Dry

  • Let them dry at room temperature for 12–24 hours
    (or faster: 1–2 hours in a very low oven ~50°C)

☕ Step 5: Use & enjoy

  • Once fully dry, pop them out and store in an airtight container.
  • Drop into tea or coffee and watch them dissolve beautifully.
