1. Bloom the Gelatin
- In a small bowl, add gelatin + 4 tbsp cold water
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it swells
2. Heat the Milk
- Warm the milk on low heat (don’t boil)
- Add condensed milk and stir well
3. Dissolve the Gelatin
- Add the bloomed gelatin into the warm mixture
- Stir until completely dissolved
4. Pour & Set
- Pour mixture into a glass dish (like in your image)
- Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours
5. Serve
- Cut into squares or scoop like pudding
- Optional: sprinkle chocolate flakes or coconut on top
