Step 1: Pre-cook potatoes (important)

  • Boil or microwave potatoes 8–10 minutes until just tender.
  • Drain well.

Step 2: Preheat

  • Oven: 200°C (400°F)

Step 3: Mix ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine:
    • Potatoes
    • Corn
    • Sausage
    • Shrimp
  • Add olive oil/butter, garlic, paprika, Old Bay, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.

Step 4: Assemble foil packs

  • Tear 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil.
  • Divide mixture evenly in the center of each.
  • Fold foil tightly to seal.

  • Packs are done when shrimp are pink and potatoes are tender.

Step 6: Finish & serve

  • Carefully open foil (hot steam!).
