  • Add cheese slices on top.
  • Cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.

Step 3: Cook

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  3. Flip carefully.
  4. Cook another 3–4 minutes until the second side is golden and the cheese is melted.

Step 4: Serve

  • Remove from the pan.
  • Let rest 1 minute, slice, and enjoy.
