🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 200 g (7 oz) good-quality white chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, very cold
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream (for melting chocolate)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
