For the base & sides:
- 200–250 g ladyfingers (savoiardi biscuits)
- 1 cup mango juice (or orange juice)
For the mango mousse:
- 2 cups fresh mango puree (about 3–4 ripe mangoes)
- 250 ml heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 100 g sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 g gelatin powder (or 6 gelatin sheets)
- 3 tbsp water (for blooming gelatin)
